Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) Program

Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) Program logo
ARC Retrofits to rooftop heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) units can cut electricity use in half through changes in control of supply fan, ventilation, and economizers, as well as other potential control features. GHPUD is offfering incentives to help eligible customers make this upgrade.
  • Many NW customers have seen ARC cut their HVAC bills in half
  • Incentives can reduce the payback period significantly
  • US DOE estimates ARC can reduce consumption between 22% and 90%
