Incentive Information

$9.00 / SF of existing windows when replacing single pane windows.

*Grays Harbor PUD reserves the right to revise program rules and guidelines, including discontinuing all or part of the available incentives at any time and without prior notice. All projects once approved, will be subject to the guidelines and incentives in place at the time of approval.
Eligibility
This measure is eligible in commercial buildings with the following characteristics:
• Electrically-heated.
• A total floor area under 20,000 square feet.
• Existing windows that are single pane, or single pane with storms.
• The replacement windows must have a National Fenestration Rating Council rated U-value of 0.30 or lower
• All projects must conform to current Washington State Energy Code requirements to be eligible for rebate. All applicable permits must be obtained to qualify.

Steps to Participate
1. Contact Energy services at Grays Harbor PUD for more information and to determine eligibility.
2. Contact a contractor to request quotes.
3. Submit application, Commercial Windows Project Information Form, contractor bids and technical information.
4. Pre-approval by Grays Harbor PUD for projects must be obtained prior to material purchase and installation.
5. Upon project completion the contractor or customer will notify Grays Harbor PUD, and provide all paid invoices and other documentation associated with the project.
6. Grays Harbor PUD will conduct a final inspection of the project to verify the project and compliance with the proposal. The rebate will be processed once the inspection is completed.
