BPA will co-fund Energy Project Managers (EPMs), end-user employees or contractors who manage energy efficiency custom projects at the endusers’ facilities. Customer may be eligible for co-funding incentives to design and implement energy efficiency strategies that achieve a targeted minimum of 1 million kilowatt-hours saved.
